Gift Teaser

Part of Gift Mode, Gift Teaser was a product focused on making gifting on Etsy feel more human, intentional, and trustworthy. The work centered on improving the recipient experience—operating on the belief that confident, well-supported sellers create better outcomes for buyers. The project reimagined the post-purchase flow as an opportunity to build trust and emotional connection, rather than a transactional afterthought.

The key feature was enabling signed-in buyers to create a dedicated gift teaser page for any physical item, giving recipients a thoughtful preview while reinforcing the care behind the gift.
