Hackettdesign.com is a website designed and built by Sean Hackett in order to teach himself HTML and to bring to life his concepts of furniture and products. For more information on Sean's design aesthetic see design philosophy.

Sean Hackett is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design earning a BFA in Furniture Design. Sean has an diverse background having been born in Massachusetts, raised in New York, and relocated to Oregon before moving to Georgia for school. He has shown affinity for the arts from a very early age and was predominantly a fine artist but always liked to work with his hands. These two influences plus inspiration from mid-century design lead him to the field of design.

Sean now resides in New York.
